Hi, my name is Beth G. Valdez and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years experience working with adolescents, families, and adults in the mental health field. My approach to therapy is holistic, working with both the body and the mind to improve mental health and help clients engage in life fully. My theoretical approach is integrative drawing on DBT, ACT, CBT, EFt, and many more approaches to find the strategies that work best for the client.
