Jennifer Hotchner

My work specializes in trauma informed care and spiritually focused counseling. I am trained in EMDR and Somatic Experiencing. I have learned throughout the years that thorough healing comes not only from addressing our wounds and traumas but from a deep exploration of what we have decided about ourselves and our place in the world. I am highly valued as a compassionate, competent therapist who will provide understanding and skills that support moving through and coping with traumatic events/responses recent and past, and the spiritual evolution born out of traumatic wounds.
