Typically 6 sessions are enough

6 months to a year would be great.

What happens in the first session?

In the first session I'll ask you to share about the history of your relationship, where you met, what was it about the other person that first caught your eye.

Do you use relationship assessments?

I have access to the Gottman Assessment if couples wish to do them.

Do you accept insurance or provide receipts?

Yes and yes.

What's your cancellation policy?

Things happen, I do not charge a late cancel fee unless it becomes a chronic situation, which I have never had to to.

Is everything we discuss confidential?

Everything is confidential with the mandated reporting of domestic violance or child abuse.

Do you meet with us together or separately?

Both, I have the first session with the both of you then 1 session with each partner to learn about your unique life experiences.
