I love when clients gain self-awareness, improve their interpersonal relationships, reduce or eliminate stress and anxiety, and identify and actualize their goals. In working with me, my hope is that you will feel cared for, seen and understood. My style is warm and empathetic, but I am also very direct and solution-focused. My initial career in the theatre, ignited my interest in what both motivates and challenges us as human beings. Personal loss of great magnitude inspired a new career path for me, helping others navigate change, life transitions, and move toward personal growth and satisfaction in their lives.
