Life is constantly changing. Adapting and integrating new insights, perceptions and ideas make up an important aspect of the human experience. Identifying a personal process to mitigate change can be quite helpful, especially when life's curve balls are thrown unexpectedly. As an adoptee, life long learner, career changer, mother, divorcee, and woman, I have found safety, support, solace, and understanding, in the therapist chair. In this season of my life, I am committed to creating a space and providing counseling services to those that may feel stuck in their human experience and are in search of liberating self discovery.
