Sometimes we can feel stuck in life and need to seek help to gain a new perspective. I am a counselor who offers services in English and Portuguese. Coming from a multicultural background I have the experience to work with individuals from diverse social, cultural and religious backgrounds. My passion is to help my clients feel seen, heard and understood. I establish an environment of trust where they can feel safe and accepted and ultimately heal and achieve their counseling goals.
