About Terrence
To be truly successful in life, one must learn to think successfully. Rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, my goal since becoming a therapist more than fifteen years ago is to help my clients learn to think more evidenced-based, rational thoughts. No matter the presenting issue, learning to think in a way that conforms to reality and truth can give one a better chance to feel and behave in a way that is preferred. Additionally, I hope to help my clients understand that life is difficult, but learning life skills such as problem solving, assertive communication, conflict resolution and time management, life can be very manageable.
