About Stephanie
Confusion, brain fog, betrayed, on guard, isolated, these are the words I hear most often as I work with survivors of betrayal and sexual trauma. If you're feeling this way, please call or email. You aren't crazy (I'm often asked this). These experiences are most often symptoms of trauma.
As a therapist, my first goal is to create a space which feels safe for you to explore your story. Whether you've gone through trauma, are a struggling couple, a first responder, or a new mom with postpartum struggles, I'm here to help. Lastly, if you've gone through church trauma and are deconstructing but desire to maintain faith, please call.
