About Jamie
I work with couples in pre-marital counseling, newly married couples, and blended families. I utilize tools from the Gottman Method as well as Attachment Theory. I work with couples who want to build a strong healthy foundation but also with couples that are going through a difficult season in life. My sessions focus on building a strong foundation based on shared meaning, communication patterns, and conflict resolution. I view my client as the relationship and not each individual person. The goal is to develop and strengthen the relationship/marriage so that you are able to enjoy a lifetime together. Any couple at any stage can benefit from counseling support, I welcome the opportunity to work with any couple who is committed to the health and longevity of their relationship to preserve their vows and commitment to each other. I am a practicing Christian and follower of Jesus, so if a couple shares those beliefs I would be humbled to support them in counseling from a biblical perspective.
