It is not uncommon to find ourselves at some point in our lives feeling “stuck” often leaving us scared, paralyzed, sad, confused, angry, and/or fed up. It is my belief clients are the experts in their own lives and I aid in the uncovering process of their inherent goodness and strengths. Through an open and affirming, culturally sensitive, and trauma informed environment, I help clients feel “un-stuck” to then go and live the lives they want to live. It is my honor and privilege to walk alongside a wide range of clients and hear their stories.
