When someone is faced with emotional pain, knowing what to do is difficult and counseling can be freightening. As a marriage & family therapist and social worker, it is my practice to provide a safe environment for clients to resolve their issues of concern. Using the client's expertise of self as a vital part of my team is solicited and used along with my life experience and educational knowledge to make positive changes. Validation and client strengths are part of the therapeutic process. Feeling in control of one's situation and finding hope for a healthy future can be expected.
