If you have been struggling with emotional difficulties, or if your family has had difficulties adjusting, I have over 20 years of experience helping adults, children, teens, and families who struggle with a variety of emotional and relational problems. In therapy I integrate CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and expressive activities with a client-centered nature infused interpersonal approach. I give regular homework and coach clients to practice skills learned and encourage family involvement to accelerate their therapeutic progress. I assess each individual's biopsychosocialspiritual needs and develop goals addressing their entire being.
