- Find an MED-approved educator or counselor through the Utah State University Stronger Marriage program
- Complete 6 hours of marriage education OR 3 hours of premarital counseling as a couple
- Receive your MED completion code from your approved provider
- Enter the MED code when applying for your marriage license at the county clerk's office
- Receive a $20 discount on your marriage license fee
