Existential dread, or adversity in everyday life antagonizes everyone at some point. Life seems to happen all the time, then, when it rains, it pours. Sometimes we suffer more than we triumph, and when we do, its easy to get lost. Seeking safety in our most vulnerable times can appear impossible, but it is not. I offer a safe space and understanding. My ideal client base are people who are seeking solutions, and willing to do the necessary actions to create the changes that they most prefer. When there is a problem, there are always multiple solutions. The goal is to help everyone no matter how complicated the problems/issues are.
