My clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck in self-doubt, weighed down by anxiety, or struggling with people-pleasing and perfectionism. Many of my clients are able to function quite well...until they're not. Maybe you look like you have things put together on the outside, but inside you feel like you're drowning. I see a lot of moms who maybe don't feel like themselves, feel overwhelmed with worries or scary thoughts, and maybe are having a hard time connecting with their baby or others. I also work with a lot of young adults and middle or high schoolers struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, or relationships.
