I work with those motivated to self understanding, growth and positive change. Life often throws us out of balance creating adverse symptoms, such as grief, depression, anxiety. Perhaps, you have a history of trauma that continues to effect you in life, work, or relationships. Or there is tension in your family system, marriage, relationships, and/or career. Whatever it is that "isn't working" there is a way to move through it... sometimes we just need a little guidance and extra support. I am that guidance and support, to lead you into a state a mind-body-soul balance.
