My area of specialty is trauma and stress, where I use EMDR and trauma-informed therapy. I also work with individuals who have anxiety, depression, family and relational concerns. My clients range from infants to mature adults and family systems. My treatment philosophy is to seek to understand first, therefore I take the time to get to know each individual or family's unique experiences before we start therapy. How I work with individuals is tailored to their own needs and desires for personal growth and healing. I am available evenings, in person as well as by video.
