Who are you outside of being an athlete, employee, or boss. As a Mental Health Therapist and 10 years experience in Sports Medicine, I have worked with thousands of athletes, aiding in their physical needs to get them back to full capacity and into competition. Through my experience I have found that, whether on a court or in an office, individuals can only be their best if they are focusing on their entire health and wellness. Their mental game is as, if not more, important as their physical wellness in finding success. I focus on five factors of holistic health: creative, essential, social, physical, and spiritual.
