So many people have the same complaints about therapy. Either the therapist only listens with little guidance, or you walk out feeling great, but it doesn't last. So what is it that's missing? Unfortunately, much of therapy today doesn't attack the problem at its core. Therefore, the plug is never pulled on those negative, repetitive, and destructive habits and feelings that drive us from behind the scenes. I have developed a unique, neuroscience based set of techniques to address those issues so you can be free to choose how you want to feel & behave, and live the life you truly desire.
