I see individuals in all stages of life and love working with children of all ages. I was a 1st grade teacher prior to becoming a therapist and I have teenage children of my own so I have experience with all stages of child development. I take pride in my ability to help those who are or who have experienced anxiety, depression, parenting struggles, trauma, or are going through life changes such as separation, divorce, retirement or children moving away. I am also a Type 1 Diabetic and would love to connect with other Type 1's and help navigate life's journey.
