As a BIPOC marriage and family therapist, I create a sacred space for fellow people of color and children of immigrants to unpack the generational trauma underlying anxiety and depression. I see you—the one who learned to swallow your feelings, who was taught that vulnerability is weakness, who carries the weight of expectations alongside the exhaustion of code-switching through life's spaces. My work centers on helping you reconnect with el gozo que es (the joy that is) self-love that gets buried beneath the "strong one" persona many of us were forced to adopt.
