I believe meaningful change is possible. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, or a difficult season of life, my goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and evidence-based environment where you can experience healing, growth, and lasting change.
My work is primarily informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), and I am a PREPARE/ENRICH Certified Facilitator for premarital counseling. For clients who desire it, I also integrate the Christian faith into the counseling process.
I am a private-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
