About Sobeyda
I have a team of excellent premarital therapists. We work with couples up until the wedding day. We use relationship inventories, attachment quiz, workbooks, worksheets, etc. And tailor our approach to their growth areas and expressed needs. We equip couples with practical tools to cultivate trust, intimacy, collaboration and expression of care. Couples can expect greater capacity for honest, deeper and skills to navigate conflict, to self regulate, to cultivate greater safety and security in their marriage.
We work with young professional couples, biracial/multicultural couples, christian couples, blended family couples.

What happens in the first session?
I require that couples take the PREPARE ENRICH INVENTORY before the first session. We review the PE results and create a plan to address their growth areas.
Do you accept insurance or provide receipts?
I provide a superbill
What's your cancellation policy?
We have a 48-hour advance notice cancellation policy
Is everything we discuss confidential?
Yes, the conversations are protected under HIPPAA and are confidential
Do you meet with us together or separately?
