I run workshops. I work with couples up until the wedding day, or as close as possible. I use relationship inventories, attachment quiz, workbooks, worksheets, etc. And tailor my approach to their growth areas and expressed needs. I tr.y to make equip couples with practical tools to cultivate trust, intimacy, collaboration and expression of care

I require that couples take the PREPARE ENRICH INVENTORY before the first session. We review the PE results and create a plan to address their growth areas.
