I am Sally Warren, and it is my sincere privilege to walk alongside individuals and families as they do the beautiful and hard work of counseling. I want to tell you a little bit about myself and how I work as a counselor. In my approach to counseling, I am person-centered, which means I strive to meet client's needs individually and provide a safe, non-judgmental place for them. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment Theory and other modalities when appropriate.
