I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in MN and have been providing mental health services since 2006. My primary goal of therapy is to help you experience improved emotion regulation, personally and interpersonally. I work with grade school kiddos on up. I enjoy working with working with any one member of a family all the way to working with an entire family.
