For premarital counseling, I have a checklist of topics that I review with the couple to get their input on what they fill is relevant to them. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy and Attachment and bring aspects of that into the sessions.
Couples that want to understand any conflict patterns. I am also trained in sex therapy and address any insecurities there. I am also LGBTQ+ informed and welcome any type of couples.

Most couples have 4-6 sessions for a relationship check-up and working together for a couples goal. If a negative pattern already exists in the relationship, more extensive counseling may be needed.
