Many people struggle to feel emotionally safe or open in their relationships with themselves or others. This leads to disconnection, anxiety, and a sense of being misunderstood or alone. I've seen how hard it can be for someone to share their truth when they’ve been hurt, judged, or never learned how to express themselves clearly.

As a therapist, I help people build emotional safety by teaching effective communication skills and guiding them toward greater self-awareness. I utilize my strengths, such as listening and genuine empathy, to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected.
