In my office I want you to feel heard, seen, and valued. I offer a space that welcomes you in the place that you are in the moment, regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, spiritual beliefs, or background. My only expectation is that you show up as your authentic self, whatever that may look like. Trauma informed care is a gradual process that takes time and gentle exploration. I offer you a place where you can explore parts of yourself that need healing at your own pace. Choosing to work on yourself is powerful and should be supported and validated.
