About Brent
It is an honor to work with people as a Therapist. Every person in therapy should be made: 1) to feel understood; 2) to feel appreciated; 3) to be given the benefit of the doubt; 4) to be treated as an equal; 5) to be treated respectfully; 6) to have the freedom to decide. My primary goal as a counselor is to allow you to express your thoughts and feelings so that you can gain a greater understanding of yourself and situation. As a result you will gain insight into what you want to change and how to change it. In addition to exploring feelings and thoughts, I will suggest things that may help.
