I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Divorce and Family Mediator with 28 years of mental health experience working with ages 3 to adult. My work includes but is not limited to mood disorders, anxiety, co-occurring disorders,couples counseling, LGBTQ+, HIV+ clients. I firmly believe if a client can't be relaxed and feel free from judgment during therapy then they have yet to find the right therapist. I'm client centered in my approach. I meet you where you are emotionally and work together to find the right path. I look forward to traveling along side you in your new life's journey.
