You don't have to carry the pain alone.

Everyone is trying their best. The world we live in rarely offers people the opportunity to live life trauma-free. Certainly no one I've met has lived that life. It's not until we slow down and recognize the ways in which we've been hurt, most often by people we trusted most, that we are able to find ourselves again. Trauma tells us we can't move on or be happy, it tells us that we aren't worth the good and fulfilling life we deserve, that we should be punished and alone. Unlearning these harmful narratives allows us to develop healthy boundaries and connections with those closest to us.
