I utilize a variety of therapies including the Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Brainspotting, Family Therapy, Mindfulness and Meditation and Solution Focused Therapy. The first two sessions will consist of a thorough assessment which will allow us set objectives and goals for treatment. We will then meet for weekly or biweekly sessions.
