Hello! I'm Nancy & I am happy to introduce you to my pre-marital program. You will experience a warm, safe space to deepen your relationship as you prepare for your marriage. We use Peter Velander's "Premarriage Awareness Inventory"workbook as a structure for our 6 sessions. Insights and strategies from the Gottmann Institute, years of personal therapy, and experience coaching couples infuse our program and provide you with strategies for elevating your communication, deepening intimacy across all elements of your relationship, and learning successful ways to achieve conflict resolution.
