I get it. Life happens. I’ve had those experiences myself. It can be hard to know what to do when your relationships are struggling or when you need help. It’s uniquely difficult when you’re worried about your teenager & looking for support. But here you are, taking this monumental step toward improvement. I tend to use a strengths-based approach in my work, helping my clients embrace their best self and enhance their life through the “Three C’s”: Connection, Creation & Contribution. Laying a foundation that allows for the development of the Three C’s leads to living a life of purpose, meaning & “pyong” - peace & confidence in life.
