How many sessions do couples typically need?
Most couples complete 6 -8 sessions over 2-3 months. We can customize sessions based on your timeline and needs.
How far in advance of the wedding should we start?
Ideally 3 to 6 months before your wedding. This gives us time to work through topics without rushing. I can accommodate more or shorter time timeline.
What's your cancellation policy?
I require 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule. Last minute cancellation may be charged 50% of session fee.
Is everything we discuss confidential?
Yes, everything is confidential unless there is a risk of harm.
Do you meet with us together or separately?
