Sometimes, we reach a place where the methods used to manage our day-to-day lives are no longer effective. This experience often leads to feelings of depression, anxiety, anger, and hopelessness before we realize we need help. We find ourselves in a place of frustration, repeatedly stuck in our habits as a way to overcome the hurdles obstructing our sense of peace and well-being.
