I've worked with adult individuals and couples for over 26 years and I've learned a lot about how marriages get off track. I use this knowledge and experience to help couples who want to get off to a good start. I primarily utilize Restoration Therapy, which helps individuals and couples understand their pain cycles and how they get emotionally dysregulated. When we understand how we get dysregulated we can notice when it is happening in time to choose another, better response.
